The 2024 Select Edition Collection
For the fourth year, The Dalmore has unveiled its Select Edition Collection. This 2024 release features two standout whiskies: the 15-Year-Old Select Edition 2009 and the 18-Year-Old Select Edition 2006. These offerings showcase The Dalmore’s signature dessert-like richness, delighting both connoisseurs and casual whisky lovers.
A Symphony of Flavors

The 2009 Select Edition (15-Year-Old)
This whisky matured in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels for 15 years. It was then finished in Matusalem sherry and Tawny port casks. Bottled at 48.9% ABV, it is non-chill filtered to preserve its full flavor.
The 2006 Select Edition (18-Year-Old)
After 18 years in ex-bourbon barrels, this whisky aged further in Matusalem and Amoroso sherry casks. At 47.2% ABV, it offers deeper, sherried complexity with luxurious character.
Tasting Notes
15-Year-Old Select Edition
- Nose: Stone fruit, pepper, honey.
- Palate: Cherries, figs, chocolate.
- Finish: Warming oak, ginger, and nuts.

18-Year-Old Select Edition
