- 11-Year-Old Tormore (£89.99, 63.3% ABV):
Matured in a first-fill bourbon barrel and finished in virgin oak, this whisky bursts with sweetness and spice. Notes of honey, summer fruits, and cinnamon on the nose are followed by flavors of apple crumble, vanilla, and ginger spice. With only 205 bottles available, it’s a limited gem. - 12-Year-Old Longmorn (£124.99, 58.8% ABV):
Finished in white port, this pale dram offers a luxurious nose of strawberries and cream. On the palate, green apples, honeydew melon, and citrus dominate, leading to a chocolatey, astringent finish. Just 288 bottles are available. - 14-Year-Old Bunnahabhain (£139.99, 54.7% ABV):
Lovers of smoky whiskies will adore this Islay expression. After maturing in a second-fill Oloroso hogshead, it was finished in a Sauternes barrique, adding sweet complexity to its smoky character. Notes of smoked bacon and haddock make this release of 281 bottles truly distinctive. - 15-Year-Old Craigellachie (Virgin Oak) (£129.99, 64.2% ABV):
This Craigellachie was matured in an Amontillado Sherry butt before being finished in virgin oak, producing aromas of honey, pastry, and dried fruit. On the palate, caramel, vanilla, and spice shine through, creating a long, lingering finish. Only 284 bottles are available. - 15-Year-Old Craigellachie (White Port) (£129.99, 63.1% ABV):
The sibling to the Virgin Oak-finished expression, this whisky was also matured in an Amontillado Sherry butt but finished in white port. Expect roasted nuts, pain au raisin, and chewy caramel, with a long, warm finish. With only 279 bottles available, this is a must-try.
